Just a great match for a stopover in Pagosa Springs with excellent value for money. The kitchen was very well stocked to cook a full turkey dinner.

The grounds and apartment were beautiful and so big!
They had everything I needed. The staff was super friendly, and although the place was large, I didn’t feel crowded. However, I was disappointed when I had to wait for more towels on my second day.

clean but outdated accommodations need overhaul
the indoor swimming pool was refreshing after a long day, but don’t expect modern furnishings; check the unit thoroughly before unpacking for a comfortable stay.

Staying at this mountain retreat was a highlight for our family. The breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains were the perfect backdrop for our adventures. The on-site outdoor activities, including the pool and tennis courts, kept our teenagers entertained and active throughout our stay.
In my wife’s opinion, the check-in process was a hassle. We arrived late and had to wait to get into our unit, which was frustrating with tired kids. It would be great if they improved their efficiency in getting families settled in.

The view from my two-bedroom apartment was stunning, overlooking the lake and mountains. The unit was spacious, clean, and had a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The location was serene, close to grocery stores and restaurants, which added convenience. I loved watching the wildlife around, especially the deer. Staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations and quick responses to any inquiries. However, the pool area could use better lighting at night. it was a bit hard to navigate after dark. I also noticed some limited seating options for larger groups in the dining area, which was a bit challenging for my family during meals.

The views from the unit were breathtaking, especially during sunsets, complemented by a clean and spacious layout with more than enough linens. The helpful staff quickly addressed concerns without defensiveness. However, the dining options were limited, resulting in a lack of variety, and some amenities were not fully operational during the visit. Still, the Mediterranean dishes served were fresh and memorable, making the overall experience enjoyable.
