Just a great match for a stopover in Pagosa Springs with excellent value for money. The kitchen was very well stocked to cook a full turkey dinner.

They had everything I needed. The staff was super friendly, and although the place was large, I didn’t feel crowded. However, I was disappointed when I had to wait for more towels on my second day.

In my wife’s opinion, the check-in process was a hassle. We arrived late and had to wait to get into our unit, which was frustrating with tired kids. It would be great if they improved their efficiency in getting families settled in.

The jacuzzi was dirty, and check-in was frustrating due to poor communication.
